This 40V MAX* lithium ion battery from BLACK+DECKER® has a long lifetime, with up to 500 charges. This battery is compatible with BLACK+DECKER® outdoor tools so you can move around your workspace with the convenience of cordless.

BLACK+DECKER® Lithium ion batteries will a charge for up to 500 days between uses, but will need to be recharged before use after that time. These batteries have been formulated for longer runtime and improved performance. They are 25 lighter then nicad batteries and 34-percent smaller. The LBXR36 40 Volt extended -percent run time lithium battery is compatible with the 40 Volt line of outdoor power equipment which includes string trimmer (LST136), hedge trimmer (LHT2436), sweeper vac (LSW36) and other power equipment.
