Where is my order?
If you have a registered account, you can check your order status by logging in and going to the My Orders section. If you placed an order using guest checkout, your order status is available on your order confirmation email.

What is your shipping policy?
- Orders $49 and over ship UPS Ground for free and orders under $49 ship for $5 within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders $49 and over shipping to Alaska or Hawaii ship for $14.99, and orders under $49 ship for $19.99.
- Overnight shipping is available in the contiguous United States for $8.
- We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
- All orders are eligible for free returns within 60 days of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item. Gift wrapping and messaging options are available for blackanddecker.com shoppers. When purchasing from blackanddecker.com, gift services can be selected for each order. Most products will have an option to add a gift message (a gift tag with your personalized message is included in the package). Elegant gift wrapping, via a keepsake, drawstring bag, is available for most items. Gifting services will include an additional fee and will be available from the order level only.

Blackanddecker.com offers promotional codes on a very restricted and limited basis, for short durations only. Incorrect or expired promotion codes, when used on the site, will be noted as such and cannot be used. I need to change the shipping information related to my order. How do I do this?
If you placed an order and need to update the shipping address, please cancel the order and place a new order with the correct shipping address. Please note that to cancel an order you must be a registered user and the order must be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.

Can I ship items ordered from blackanddecker.com internationally? Â
No, we only ship to areas that are serviceable by UPS. We do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers or package forwarding services. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
