    Good Bang for the Buck
It was time to upgrade from my bulky, heavy 18v drill and this seems to be a perfect fit. It is much lighter and compact and significantly more powerful. The battery charges very quickly and lasts a long time. If you are looking to upgrade and dont want to pay an arm and a leg it is a great deal. Actually the 20v isnt much more money than the old 18v and if you are looking in the right place you can find batteries for about the same price. If you are looking for a new drill and dont want to pay Dewalt prices this is the drill for you.

Powerful, compact, long battery life, LED light, almost same price as 18v, and much cheaper than brands like Dewalt

I had multiple batteries for my old drill and now I only have 1 20v battery. Also, I don't completely trust lithium batteries yet. The old NiCad batteries could be zapped and made like new. Im not sure if lithium batteries have the overall life expectancy.

For a home use drill, look no further!
I find this drill beats the competition in many areas. The compact lightness of it add to my pleasure using it I found I had hurt my Dewalt nicad batteries by not using (recharging) them enough. That problem is solved completely with this Lithium battery pack. You can go 12 months between uses if needed. The other problem with so many "home use tools" is usually the miserably slow charging times. Not so here! The 30 minute charger is wonderful and changes the whole game.

I love the 30 minute fast charger! I like the compact lightweight size. I like the light on the drill.

The two biggest problems I see with this drill is the small milliamp hours of the battery with no alternative beefier battery packs offered for sale. I understand the Samsung lithium cells are offered in the 3100 milliamp size which would go a long way in extending the battery run time if anyone would be willing to buy it as an option. My drill seems to have an ever so slightly out of round chuck. I shall try and exchange it for another one. This leads to a minute wobble which is not so good. The forward, lock, & reverse switch feels lame. It works fine but feels sloppy and doesn't resemble those found on a Dewalt for example. The only other thing I would like to see is a bubble level on them. The led light is great but a slight adjusting of the focusing the light exactly on the spot you need would be super. If these issues were addressed, they would clean up in the Lithium drill market given the torque available, as long as the public was made aware of this fine drill.
