Looks pretty. Instruction manual does not help at all. It shouldn't be rocket science to work a hand held vacuum cleaner.
         
The product is the CWV9610. My overall experience was terrible. I am a first time user & not satisfied at all. Probably taking it back if I don't get any answers to my problem. Is the squeegee only for wet spills? Do the water get to the motor? I mean really, I am totally confused. I am not getting the full benefit of this product or my money. It false advertises the product.
Pros:

It's pretty. Probably has a good charge but I may not find out. Visually impressed. I am really disappointed.

Cons:

The performance of this product.

Hand Held Vac Model CWV9610. I used it in my apt. here in NYC on both small spills, dust balls,crumbs and the usual dirt and debris one gets here in the city. Works just fine.
Pros:

Better pick up power than my previous hand held and seems to hold a charge longer as well.

Cons:

No nozzle attachment (and none offered on accessory page either) which my previous model did have and came in very handy for window sills, corners and crevices. Secondly, manual shows a wall mount included, but in fact, it is not. Only can be purchased as an extra item.

I bought this dustbuster because I needed one and wanted to get one for my apartment. There are some little messes that I don't want to use my vacuum for. Also I love that it picks up wet messes. It's amazing! Definatly well worth the money!
Pros:

It's lightweight It can pick up and clean wet/dry messes It's very powerful considering the weight of the product

Cons:

It doesn't come with a wall mount bracket so you can't hang it up on the wall. You would have to buy one seperatly.

I asked for a dustbuster for christmas since my old one wasen't holding a charge and I couldn't find filters for it. So, I was excited to use my new one but, its horrible! I use it to clean up the litter box area and it does not pick up the litter or food on the first try. I have to go over it a couple of times to pick it uo. so my advice is to choose another dustbuster product! (or another brand)

looks cute!

Cons:

doesn't pick up on the first try. I have to go over the mess a couple of times to finally clean up. As a mother of two I need something to get the job done right away!
