Everything as advertised

Has performed without complaint, doing everything it's supposed to and more. After 4 Fellowe's, I have no plans to go back.
Pros:

Everything except as listed below

Cons:

It does not register as full until it is so jammed that pulling the bin out withous confetti exploding out of it and creating a mess. Small price for the performance and convenience.

Seems to be very well-built, sturdy and reliable.  Takes almost anything I try to feed it.

Pros:

So far, it's taken everything I've tried to feed it, with no complaints.  It appears to be quite sturdy, powerful, and well-built, with a degree of quality that seems unusual to find in such products these days.

Cons:

It's nearly impossible to empty the bin without scattering shreddings all over the place.  Debris comes flying out when I pull the bin out; and when I try to dump it into a trashcan, some of the debris seems to go off in other directions.  I think I would definitely prefer the more conventional design, which has the shredder sitting on top of a wastebasket-like bin, as opposed to this slide-out bin.

Also, I'd be happier if it did a better job of shredding CDs.  It only cuts a CD into three (3) pieces.  I suppose that is sufficient to keep anyone from reconstructing it, but it doesn't give the same sense of security that one gets by seeing something shredded into a lot of smaller pieces.

Finally, I wish there was some sort of indicator when it shuts down for being overheated, to assure me that that is the case, as opposed to it not running because I somehow broke it.
