    Finally got it opened...

This project seems to be a puzzle as well as a drill set. After who knows how long, two of us were finally able to figure out how to open the top red part, but also the bottom! Turns out, you have to break the random clear screw/clasp looking thing on the bottom of the clear part so that it can fall through, and you can push the section out from the right of the set (the right = when you're looking at it standing up). Hopefully that is enough of an explanation to get the thing open.
    Pros:

Finally figured out how to open the set. Still willing to give two stars; 1 for figuring out how to open the top part, 1 for figuring out how to open the bottom.

    Cons:

It takes more time to open the package than to actually USE the product!

    HOW TO OPEN PACKAGE

Ok! I know you're on here because you have no clue how to open this packaging. The top isn't too hard, so I'm going to assume you've got that. Now you're looking at the bottom piece and thinking what is this sh*t? A test from god? No, friends, it isn't and here I am to help ya open it. First thing to know is that it's a DRAWER. It slides out towards the left (if you press on the + sign on the right side, you'll see it move a bit). Now, you can't get it all the way open because a little plastic tube is anchoring it to the outside. You'll see the little tube (sort of looks like a tiny plastic screw) on the bottom left towards the back. You want to either cut off the bulbous end in order to push it all the way up and through so it no longer anchors the drawer to the outer plastic encasement. I literally drilled it to do that, but I probably wouldn't recommend that. Also, you probably won't be able to pull it entirely through to the outside bc the bulb on the inside is too big. Good luck!
    Pros:

I feel as though I've already accomplished something by simply opening the package.

    Cons:

I may want to return it but I feel so triumphant from the mere opening process I might not.

    horrible packaging

I bought this set and have spent over an hour trying to figure out how to open it. Talk about extreme frustration. I did a google search to see if I could find the answer and came to the B and D site. It turns out I am not alone as there are several sites filled with other users just as frustrated as me with the packaging. Even the B and D site doesn't have any info for hoe to get into the packaging except the anchor container and the bottom
    Pros:

    i can't open it so I don't know

    Cons:

    the packaging
