I just received a new ( reconditioned ) 18V pivot floor vac. The battery only last about 5-10 minutes, thus i can only do a small part of my house. My daughter has the same vac and her house is much larger and she does the whole house with power to spare. Is there a warranty for these batteries? Where can I get new batteries and what is the part number? Since i just got this as a gift I am disappointed that the batteries are so poor. Any help will be appreciated.
