I would like to find plans for a 14' by 16' cantelevered low profile platform deck so I will not see the cement stands underneath the deck. The overhang will give it a floating look.
I do not want to attached this deck to the house. I would like to use as few cement stands as possible. I would also like to use 2 x 6s instead of 2 x 8 for frame. Also what sprayer would work best to clear coat the deck and clean easy.
