I have only used my steam mop once. It worked fine the first time. I tried to use it today for the second time and there is water running out of in multiple places and it doesn't seem to be heating enough to steam. Any suggestions before I return it???
The steam mop is leaking water quickly. It shows that it is ready to clean, but it doesn't seem to be heating/steaming and the water is running out all over.
